Out-game ticket system: no response after long time.

I have submitted an out-game ticket at 1 AM Mon 27th Sep. The ticket says it is due at 1 Am Tue 28th Sep. It is now 12pm 29th Sep, and there is still no response to it whatsoever. The Priority still says Unassigned. Any ideas on this?
