dazman76:

Okay maybe my mistake, because my english is bad... you dont understand exactly my problem... nowhere is standing, that

1. the "European Community - English" is only for the Euro-Server (they said it in "European Community - German" forum).
2. The Euro-Server is also open for German Gamers nowhere is standing too, that only english players are allowed to play there).
3. Nowhere is standing, that the Euro-Server is a Trial Server and is getting down every Day a few times...

blogie:

Yes i have asked an Admin in Game (they are very nice ... thanks to them has often helped me) and he says, that i cant change to the german server without creating a new charakter and i am not ready to do this.

And i have a lot of friends on the euro-Server, i only want that the Server is like every other and not a Test-off-Trial-Server ...

Then it is better, when you create a Trial-Server whish is named "Trial Server" and after Trial (2 weeks) the Gamers has the Change (only afters end of the 2 weeks) to Change to one REAL Server like the Euro has to be.

I realy hope that you will accept my opinion.

Thanks for listening and answering.

I knowe what you mean m8 but it isent so bad. Somtimes the server gows down but you can log on as soon as yor can of coke is empty. The long downtimes ar verry rare. They must have serius problems when its unanouncd.

Its a euro server. ppl must talk english cos if it whosent the rule we would be anoid cos you would read all kinde's of gibberish in chat. I'm Belgian i speak flemmish as my mother langue. It would not be fun for me or the polish player when i would talk in my mother langue in /around or /region.

Surly 2 weaks of trile arnt that bad to make a new char. You will not make the mestakes like you did with yor furst one. My whife made a new char and now she is the same level as me so dont let that discouredge you from joining the german server.

It would be sad to see you leave ower server as i had fun with you wen we did the trip (half of it) to matis.

I hope i can reasure you a bit with this,

Go clean that pile of dishes now!!

:)

Now i know a lot of people on the Euro-Server i dont want to change...

I hope it will be a litte better and not so many Server-Timeouts the next time..

But in one think i was very surprised.. :P ... The Support in Game is very good .. (Tigane / Turenkan / and the others.. good job you are doing) :)

Hope to see you a litte bit more in game Azal / Dazman ... Maybe a few times our guildes will stick together and play together... :o )

Dazman > Big greetings to mafioso please..

And at the Admins: Dont forgot what i ve written over here i am staying behind it...

In my experience we have a excelent CSR team, and yes there are occasionally bugs like we have experienced today, but klients is always there. Im sure the devs and CSR are looking into the issues and will get it fixed as soon as hominly possible ;)

Hello blacky88,

I am sorry that this whole server/community/forum thing isn't clear for you yet.
I will provide you with that clarity now.

When you install the game and run it for the first time, you can choose which community you want to participate in.

Here is a link to the posting in your thread, just in case you want to look it up in german:
http://ryzom.com/forum/showpost.php?p=120170&postcount=17

Because a very small part of the community finds it difficult to choose the server that suits them best at beginning, we offer to move accounts from one community to another within 7 days after account creation.

However, there is no obligation to be in one community or another. If you're german and like to play on a french or English server, you are welcome to do so. I am sure that you are more then welcome here.

There are some restrictions though. We can not provide support for players that are not playing on the server that aren't in our community.

So german GMs don't support EE players and vice versa.

You play on the EE/UK server, so only the staff there will be able to help you.

This is why we pointed you to the right forum, so you can quickly find help and closure.

If you have connection problems on one server it could be that (after you checked for problems in your area) this may only affect one server.

I am certain that after this explantion you see who you can approach for any help, so we can continue to provide you with the best gaming experience possible.

Kind regards,

Farox

Hallo Blacky,

http://ryzom.com/forum/showpost.php?p=120170&postcount=17

Farox

We have great CSR teams, and a great community, and from what I've seen that goes for all Ryzom communities :D

Great posts from Lawrence and Farox :)

Indeed :) I'm sure we'll bump into each other, I like to wander the lands quite a bit :)
blacky88 wrote: Dazman > Big greetings to mafioso please..

I'll be sure to pass that on :) I hope your problems are fixed Blacky, and as several people have mentioned, you are more than welcome in the EE community :)

I am using the downtime to say that iam very impressed with the good work the CSR team is doing ( eg in this thread ). Thumbs up! for this. As i came into the game with the trial i started into the european english server and community. Id say the spirit and positive attitude is second to none and i consider myself lucky to be part of it.

cheers to all!
