Thanks Catfud, and appreciations for replying in a polite manner :)

OK, so by the sounds of it, we have a possible misunderstanding here :) Catfud is basically stating (correct me if I'm wrong) that DCoP are not currently excersising any kind of 'shenanigans' around Thesos. Sipos mentioned it may not have been Catfud he saw personally, but possibly any current member of DCoP. There could also be a misunderstanding between Catfud and (presuming due to knowing Sipos and his guild) Booster.

So guys, I think the best place to sort this out would be in-game - have another discussion involving more members or officers of each guild, and maybe have some team PvP to let off your steam :)

@Sipos - Spriteh made a good point really, and we've seen where this kind of thing can go with other posts here. I don't think he really has a motive or interest in the whole matter, and no-one could hope to claim a place such as Thesos for their own - it's non-pvp, and training mobs is the only available weapon.

And if you wonder why I'm posting this, go read some of the posts regarding PvP and roleplaying on the NA server. You'll understand :)

Hugs Homins! :)

When I read the initial post here I thought I had just entered The Twilight Zone....doo de doo do :)

For the record, as a member of DCP it is instilled in you from the very start of your trial period that you *always* behave with courtsey to other players, act honourably and *never* bring the name of DCP into disrepute. regarding the rezzing, we invariably rez anybody that asks for our help if we can.

I will admit that some of our members have had personality clashes with members of some guilds, but then again, it's an aggressive game and sometimes the aggression can spill over into other aspects of the game, but these incidents are few and far between and I think the blame could easily be placed evenly and was always sorted out to everybodies satisfaction.

It's a shame to see the guild pilloried in such a fashion, especially when all the facts are not known/given. Hopefully after Catfuds explanation, you will see that our honour remains intact. I wasn't in Thesos at the time, but I'm sure anybody reading Catfud's explanation will understand how something like that could happen inadvertently.

I believe offences like this should be kept between the people involved and the mediators (devs, etc). In character guild differences, fine, bring it on.

Have to disagree with U m8... this a MMORPG.. roleplaying with alot of different pep and different ways of playing their chars..

Offences.. sort it out .. even go in fullscale PvP for it... keep the devs/GM out of it... like playing a game with uer mother.. so she can help U if it gets to hard. Bahh...

devs/GM are for bugs and for people who violate the "disclamer". And I surely hope the GM's are neutral when sorting these minor disagreements.

Mmm even more glad im Matis/Tryker because I keep seeing this sort of thing happen in Fyros and have yet to see anything but good behaviour and polite ppl in Karavan lands. Even when ppl have a spat they apologise, me included.

Obviously the Kami are installing secret mood affecters on their subjects :)

Have to say I agree with Sprite about second hand posting. If you weren't THERE at the time, don't bring it up!

Personally, I have not had a lot of dealings with DCP but what I have had has been good. I HAVE seen their members around and they always seem friendly/polite. Have also seen Catfud a few times (including in Thesos) and he wasn't bugging anyone. I have never found any member of DCP arrogant.

Sipos you obviously have some beef with DCP. This is NOT the place for that, sort it in-game. Don't go calling people bullies without backing that up with hard FACTS. I don't mean just saying "some member of DCP" either. It may be that it's one member of DCP that has been doing something wrong. If that's the case, contact Catfud or another High Officer in-game and give details to them including naming names. Don't bring it here.

I can't possibly comment on the incident or "debate" Catfud had because I wasn't THERE.

BTW Sipos you dont say which guild YOU belong to.....

That someone was me.

As you can all imagine, at the time I was pretty angry to have loads of mobs running all over me.

I said my piece at the time and (in retrospect) I should have waited. Not only where my words foolish, they seem to be the cause of this whole mess.

It might seem like too little too late for some people, but I am sorry.

I know that it's hard to both run and warn people at times. And I know it gets worse when you suddenly have people having a go at you. But, any who.

Well you have heard my side take what you want and leave what you will.

Happy Gaming.

Actually, no its not the ways of thesos.
One shouldnt *expect* to be killed by every single player getting an aggro.
And no, its doesnt happen at pyr. People get killed directly here, they dont get killed cause someone dragged an aggro along.

Well if you had read the disclaimer you'd know that intentionnal luring of mobs to get a person/group of persons killed, is an offense ;)

glad to read along the thread that DCP didnt fall as low as to doing that, as the topic's starter implyed (man I cant even remember your name, for all I care about the "whine whine" thread :p )

I didn't want to post into this argument as it does not concern me really but I must say you are wrong about the way thesos is.

as people harvesting are generally next to people pulling ocyx it does happen all the time that aggro gets pulled onto others and you generally have to take it as due if you want your q200 mats. Its not a major problem as you get ressed (without fail to date). I've TP'd in there and been surrounded by fahar and ocyx and died as soon as I moved but you just laugh at it and wait for someone to res you, Its nothing personal / purposful so theres no need to gripe about it.

and we should not expect to be killed off *every* person just getting aggro just some. we should be grateful for a place like thesos and take a little of the bad with the good
