If your going to accuse someone/guild of something infront of the gaming community, it would be nice to see something worthwhile which backs-up your accusations, rather than simple slander.

What do you want? DNA? Shall I start a journal and follow him around and make sure to write down dates and times?

Seeing as how I knew Raynes pretty damn well while playing this game, I think your son is full of it.

I've known Raynes through the message boards for awhile now, maybe since release. From what I know about him, he would never take such action. I'm not calling your son a liar, nor am I saying Raynes is being 100% truthful, but I am just stating that my personal experience with him says that he may not be in the wrong here.

I don't have any further knowledge of this situation and my opinion here is in no way biased. I just find it hard to believe that Raynes could be responsible for such an act.

Either way, I think the situation should be set aside and forgotten about. We're all gamers vying for the same goal, and that is to have fun. Bickering won't carry us further and if we can forgive and forget, we can get back to what matters most - cooperating in a friendly community and taking part in a wonderful game that is Ryzom.

It is only my suggestion that the conversation be taken elsewhere as it's probably something the whole community should not be reading anyhow.

Thought I would throw that in there. Sorry to interrupt and I do not intend to get involved in this. Carry on. =)

Nope, you're fine. I don't think you're being rude or butting in. I agree about the bickering part and have tried to keep my own to a minumum but every now and then I see something that stirs me to respond or state my feelings on.

As for the conversation, I am done with it and have said my piece. I named no names to begin with in this post. I have 2 children who have been doing different trecks over the last couple of days so it's kind of funny Raynes jumped up right off and admitted being involved in something even if he did point out it and say it was wrong.

Kind of funny you say that but don't know my son.

You said my actions have proven otherwise. What are those actions? If you are making that statement, then you must have some in mind. If you don't respond and back up your statement, then it just shows you really are doing nothing more than blowing hot air.

How long are chat logs stored on the computer? Are they wiped every session or is it over a period of time. Because if it's over a period of time I will get them and post exactly what happened.

I am a member of KoK and was present for this.

First, if your son felt any pressure to change his guild or affiliations just to appease us that was not our intention (or enforcible for that matter, we were standing around at the Great Outback Workshop = no PvP).

Second, Raynes was saying in guild at the time of our conversation that he had problems with killing a 13 year old. I, being closer to that age, had no qualms (nothing personal, I have a younger sibling about that age), but upon he stating something to the effect of "See I dropped my guild... I was going to, to join my mother's anyway" and changing his "Karavan Champion" title was our cue to let him pass. I don't know if Raynes or the other member present sent a duel challenge, but I did not.

Like I said, want me to start carrying around a journal? You should know by now what my problem with you is from other posts in these forums with the whole thing about disrupting trecks. I haven't been nearly as vocal about it as this post because I have not felt it was worth the hassle and didn't really wanna hear more people cry 'ohhh no but it's in the design of the game' until my son came to me and told me what happened.

If this was a misunderstanding between you two, fine, let's clear it up, but I frankly don't understand how one that extreme could be.

Then maybe you should reconsider how you present yourselves.

I've ran into lexi's son on a few occasions - he is 13, and behaves as such, but on no occasion i saw him lie - even when he would do an utmost stupid in-game things (and believe you me.... there were quite a few of those)
