Only useful ones I can think of off the top of my head are
/region this text will go out over region
/tell name this text will be sent in a tell to name
/gu this text will go out over guild chat
/say this text will go out over local/vicinity
/team this text will go out over team channel
/shout this text will be yellow and is mainly used for organization in large events and such.
/who gm
/who sgm
/who guide (i think)
/target "mob name" i.e. /target "bloated izam"

Time command does exist was given to some FB ppl, few in our guild still have it and I ask the time off them when doing certain Rites.

/chat - enters/leaves chat mode
Some emotes:
/wave - start a wave or wave at someone if you have a target
/cheer
/bow
/"shut up"
/point
/"point left, right, ..."
/hungry (try it with something targeted)
/happy
/sad
/die
/smack
/evil
/megalomaniac
/dance
/exercise
/brave
/belligerent
/careless
/condescending
