All people that are moaning and complaining forget a few things:
- playing a game is not forced upon you
- nobody likes a sore loser
- the customer service in this game is the best I have ever met
- Do upon those as thou wants to be done upon thouselve. In other words, do not expect people to be nice if you yell at them...
- Teleports are a favor the Kami and Karavan do us, not something we have *rights* to claim about.
- Everytime you complain, a Yubo dies! Everytime you praise, a Yubo is born! Consider this when typing your next post.

Snake is one of the better players I met in game, and my count is going up every day. Please dont let tiny drawback ruin your game experience, as the same energy that makes you angry can also be used for something positive. The fact you have the energy shows you care.

You said pretty much all I could've ever said, hans. I wholeheartedly agree, except the targeting is out of place there... it should be voraxes that die every time someone complains, and if it ever applies, I'd be in the first row moaning till I, someone else or hopefully some random vorax drops.

Well get stuck in HoP tp for 15 min and then come back here and tell ist ok.

Be that as it may, I really don't have a slightest clue of what your abbreviation stands for or what is the situation over there, such a newbie I am, but 15 minutes in my books isn't the end of the world (I waited 10mins for response and 30mins for GM to resolve the issue). But that's just me. Feel free to elaborate if I misunderstood or misinterpreted something.

My point probably was that a bug of this magnitude hardly should provoke a person who is willingly playing the game, and has accepted the possibilities of bugs appearing in a MMORPG during its early stages, to quit playing it and shove language containing offensive language to GMs that really are the top of the line. Reason to leave should be a lot bigger issue than a simple bug that isn't doing permanent damage (or the bugs combined that really aren't hurting in large-scale), that was my point yeah.. that I should've presented more clearly.

But my apologies if I'm expecting the same standards I have from everyone else too and thus have offended someone. I just review my standards being self-apparencies, not overly subjective, personal opinions.

Its not becos the pop on the server is becomming higher you dont nead to give service ennymore... .

Have you considered the fact that they might have their reasons to have so few GMs online at the moment? Something that can't be helped. I'm sure they would have plenty of GMs if it would be up to them only. Well anyway, I wouldn't mind since the quality most certainly compensates the availability (and from all the hundreds of tickets I've sent, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, I'm fairly sure of that)


And for a reminder, to all who are reading this, the current remedy for the bug is just to have your price filters set so they aren't capped under that 12250 dapper price that tickets have. It's not gonna be this like forever and it's a small precaution that requires oh so little effort in the end.

I recommend that you use Klient, the CSR team is there plus helpful players.

And they are amazingly patient too ... After a very angry, but still polite rant at a GM ... He calmed me down and sorted me out. Its not often that I lose my temper but the guild channel was hummm 'blue' to say the least. I would never swear at a GM, its unfair on them.

I have to say my one experience with submitting a support ticket was very good. Admittedly it was a "quick" response but that was because I logged off!

I played on a Firday night, submitted a ticket about problem with inventory (the old moving stuff after TP problem) then logged off a few minutes later.

Saturday afternoon, within minutes of logging on, I was contacted by a GM to see if I was still having a problem. Was also patient enough to wait while I ran back to the stable to check.

I call that very good service. They could have just said "it's a known bug and they've logged off, ignore it".

I know other people that have submitted tickets and got good responses.

My point being, the CSR team do a very good job in my experience - getting abusive is well out of order!

Something else to remember about the Guide team. They're volunteers. They're players jsut like you an me. But they're taking time out of when they could be playing to be helping. So if there aren't many of them on, remember they may be playing or they may be having a life.

With reference to the support given with this and a few other problems I have had. Its brilliant, cant fault it.

Within a minute of my typing a plea in region chat, Guide Flump had sent me a /tell and tp'd to my location to try and help me sort the problem out. (ok it wasnt resolved but thats my fault )

I have always found the support to be excellent from those you expect it from and also in-game from experienced players.

Having experienced the complete opposite with the likes of Knight Online especially, it is nice to actually have such good support backup.
