I'm so sorry you're experiencing these problems, but if it helps I can tell you that the ingame support is really amazing. I've sent in 3 tickets now and they were all answered within 2 hours - one was answered by a GM within literally 5 minutes.Keeping my fingers crossed that you are able to come join us soon - you'll be made very welcome
