Ok, First off. I am sorry it shouldn't take this long to fix a problem.
One person said they've been waiting a day and a half. That's awful!
Please do this for me: Resend your emails. (just once) This will ensure if there has been a snag somewhere, you are in the CSR inbox and they'll see you. (I don't think your mail got lost but let's start with the easy fixes and move on from there)
If you do not get a response (keep in mind, it's 3:15am in Paris) within a reasonable amount of time, post your issue to the new thread I am about to create called:
CSR HELP REQUIRED - ALREADY EMAILED!
Ok? Email again, give them the benefit of the doubt and if that doesn't help, post in the thread I'm creating. I will forward those and follow up on them.
I'm not in CS so I can't fix you or I would. Obviously, I want you happy and playing in the game not angry and posting in the forums - grin.
