I am sorry, but I have not found any 'passing of the buck' by any of the CSR crew on the Euro English shard. They are all very polite and good to deal with.

I agree wholeheartedly linze. I've submitted a couple of tickets myself and each CSR has been an absolute pleasure to talk to. Sure, they may not have 100% of the answers, as some issues I'm sure can only be dealt with by a dev. But I certainly haven't seen any 'passing of the buck' either.

usinuk, I'm sorry you feel so strongly about this. In my experience Soulsnatcher and Turenkarn have always been more than willing to provide support and advice when we've needed it. I have never felt that they were "passing the buck". I posted a ticket on Friday and within 2 minutes Turenkarn had responded to it.

Hey, at least you've seen the huge improvements that have been implemented since beta. I love the more balanced feel to the game that we have now. Are you enjoying the actual gameplay?

Hmm sounds like you are a little bitter about something ? You mention that not enough codes were sent out, but then say few people play the game? You mention that this is the "worst launch of MMORPG in history" solely because you were a few days late getting the pre-order Armlet, which you dont even seem to like. (and was never advertised as being anything special anyway). OK, your title doesnt appear and there seem to be some broken missions. The title issue, if you read other posts on the forum, is being dealt with, as im sure are the mission bugs. Maybe you should have looked at other posts first ?Did you use the ticket system to contact someone, as you should have done (a GM), or did you just send a /tell directly ? You say tickets get dealt with very quickly, but then say the support is very bad ? Make your mind up.
I dont have my pre-order code either yet, but i dont throw my toys out of the pram because of this small issue.
*edit* ive found the support here to be second to none when it comes to dealing with any issues.

Im sorry but saying this is the worse MMOG launch ever, simply because you didnt get a Pre-Order code, and that your not happy with the freebie is completely laughable.

So far i started playing on Tuesday, and the server has not been down once, 1000's of people lpaying with no lag. Very few bugs, more content than Horizons which is where i came from. I great looking client that runs flawlessly. My only support ticket was promtly answered in 15 minutes, even though it wasnt urgent.

Sure they have had problems with their distributors, but now they have signed and sent off the game, they cant do squat about it, once you get in i think this is the smoothest launch i have seen. Compared to SWG and Horizons which were unplayable for weeks after launch.
