Help!! ryzom crashes when i enter my password and push enter

at the loggin when asked for my password.. as soon as i push enter after typing my password the game crashes /freez and i have to use taskmanager to close it...... this is enoying... help any one.. how do i solve this?

same here i was in game and i got crash and nwo i can not log in !!!!!

*before that i was feel so nuts about i crash and couldnt log back in * now i'm ok
