going out on a limb here and saying no, even with the time i put into the game trying to document npc's, there locations, following them and drawing pathing, i find new ones every day pop up, and others disappear

I don't mean every single NPC. I mean the ones that have missions, the ones that have actual jobs, the ones you deliver stuff to. The useful NPC's. Anyway I take it that the answer is no.

I'm planning on having this information on our website. We've started collecting info in Aeden Aqueous but haven't got too far. All I've really done is gathered NPC info from around the towns and a few scattered ones around the regions. Right now, I'm working on the map system for our site so we have a place to show them, then I'll concentrate more on data gathering.

I know this doesn't help answer Raynes' question but I just wanted to post that we're also interested in gathering this info and would like to work with others to do so.

I strolled around each town and building and listed the individual NPC's but it was awhile ago so sure there are new ones. But so far the ones from some of the missions are still there. Also did the buildlings. But I even have a hard time understanding my writing so not sure if anyone else could understand it.

Back when the delivery missions paid well enough to really make it worth my while, I mapped out where all the NPC's were in the fleeting garden who had missions. It was a tough process, but somewhat enjoyable. The other missins right now are just too far above my head, or would give me really bad faction.
