Fame in multiracial guild .. problems

MUltiracial guild problems on Atys.. main problem is racial missions and fame status, if somone in guild do missions in one place he will ruin fame of all other guild members who are from other race. example of this is somone who is from mantis land and start to do missions with karavan he will ruin guild fame with zorai and Kami. as fame is very important in this game what most people still dont have relizard such multi guild is very disadvantaged and will have much harder time to get unique missions and other +stuff..

Solution is that members never do missions oposite its guild fame politic so mantis player will have to play some week or two missions to clear negative fame of his race with zorai and kami..

i dont know if im missed something and if there is somone who know better if so i will be glad to lear more ..

I've thought a bit about multi racial guilds and came to the following solution:
All members agree to do missions for the guild's main fame.

That means a Fyros player has to work with the karavans and other Matis NPCs to gain fame with Karavan & Matis if he wants to join a Matis based Guild.
That's not an easy task and he'll end up as a renegade in Pyr and life will be harder for him, but as soon as possible he'll have to try getting to Matis lands and do missions there in order to get accepted as a Fyros in Exile.

Best thing to do imho is to talk with all members and agree on faction/racial fame (like in my example above: Karavan/Matis) before doing too many different missions.

Yes i have noted that only count missions you do when you are in guild . basicly if you join guild with -100 Pyr fame it will not influence guild fame but if you do any mission against pyr that will create negative guild fame so most importatant is that you ASAP start to do missions anly missions thatwill help guild fame politic.

One good example of missions you can do normaly is Kami/Karavan related ones that are always present even in "enemy" teritory....

If you are tryker that wils to join mantis guild you can do all KAravan missions ... and like that if you are mantis that wish to join zorai you can do all KAMI missions that you can.

little reminder for everyone:
Tryker = Karavan
Matis = Karavan
Zorai = Kami
Fyros = Kami

Just have a look outside the capital city to find the altar of the "minor" faction in your land.
Example: Karavan teleporter is located south of Pyr, outside the city near outlaw canyon.
