Caster pants v light armour pants

Post by gaspode1 »

I suspect this will have been covered elsewhere but I couldn't find anything. I'm starting to craft & wondered whether there is any difference between these two items in stats etc or whether it's just a cosmetic thing.

As always, any advice will be gratefully received :)

Caster Pants are a skirt (wizard robe type thing)
Light pants are shorts/mini jogging bottoms+wrap, depending of sex.

No difference in stats, it just a look thing.

Alot of such items need fixing with their stats....im sure they are looking in to it. For example even the living wepons (onces where u have fire on the sward etc) have no bonus/better stats, this means its only cosmetic sure it looks nice but for such a name as "living wepons" (i remember a gm told me its called this) it should have at least some advantage!

Lets all just hope :)

would be nice for living weapons to have additional stats yes i have noticed that pagans of pyr hit with poison damage and physical dmg and our jewelry still has no def against elemental :( the devs must sit around smooking weed all day with the kami's (if the scenery in roots is anything to go by that is) :P

Fyros light pants are quite queer (no rear covering patch ) and being a straight guy, they lose favor with me :p
so I might be a little biased when saying light caster pants are far better in the looks department. Its a friggin skirt, but better than the normal pants .

A stat boost like the ones on mag amps would be nice,
+150% to elemental spells anyone ;) ?

*Corrects pcheez by crossing out the first "caster" in his post* :P
Plus the light pants are more like cowboy things.. you know, the ones that cover the inside of the leg for when you are riding that go over your other stuff... The light pants have you wearing a pair of "something" underneath to cover your a$$ :P

So, how easy is it to make "living" weapons?
In response to the ignorant players out there:

I have more heart than anyone would know :) I will let you in on a little secret... I am doing this for my newborn daughter... no one else... I like that game, but I do not have the time anymore. My first priority is to my daughter. End of story.
