Log in Screen Problems

The game only runs in 1024x768 =x As the minimum for ingame play. If you cannot see the login screen, you'd better be less worried about logging in and more about being able to run Ryzom.

Right Click your Desktop and Select Properties. Settings. Screen Rez slider to 1024x. If this doesn't work, then try opening the Config tool. Usually C:\Program Files\Ryzom\ryzom_configuration_rd.exe. Best of wishes.
