Connecting... "Can´t logg in"

Is the server closed or something ?
For the past 2 hours since I installed patch 24 I cant logg in.

I accept the Eula , then I come to the Connecting... screen.
But after this nothing happens.
No error messages , just the Theme music playing, and the big fat "Connecting..." in the middle of the screen.

Anyone have a clue?
