There was plenty of RP and RPers before Patch 1 in Zorai lands. I think the problem with roleplay is primarily a Matis centric problem.
Zorai has too low of a population to be a roleplay hub now. I think it is up to Fyros or Tryker to save the game in that respect. Fyros seems to have 100x the GM event love the Tryker and Zorai do, but we'll see what those Tryker players can do. I think Tryker lands will probably be where the RP is at.
Since there isn't any "in game" lore yet...

Fyros, if I recall correctly, were the first to encounter Kittins, due to an unfortunate mining accident. In fantasy realms, the dwarves have a tendancy to do very similar things, dig too dad gum deep and dig up things that fight back. (One story line I recall said that dwarves actually dug up deamons and could not destroy them, so they just exploded the mine that they were in).
It might make sense that the race that was first involved would be Most involved, until the kittins find another underground path to all the other races.
I personally don't think that even half the story about the Kami and Karvan has even been fully thought out. I honestly would not be surprised at anything I read about either of them. If I heard that the Karavan were slavers from off world...well look at those floating ships in Matis/Tryker lands...could those fly off world to an orbiting slave ship?? Well it is possible.
And the Kamis, Hmm have you ever played a Fyros and mined near the Kami totem?? Ever gotten attacked by a gingo and seen the Kami guardians ONE shot a gingo into TEENY Tiny smoldering bits? I have, and after I changed my underoos, I "respected" the Kamis ALOT more. (tick them off...umm not in THIS lifetime thanks)
I for one will never give up trying to find a way UP onto those tendrals...what is up there? anything animate? Can you walk on them from one area to another?? Not yet...but maybe later? What will happen once all those tendrals meet and start to grow together and block out the light? Could THIS be how this planet has changed in the past...and what trapped the Kittins underground?

well, considering the numerous times that the devs have stated that they have 8 years worth of content written, I'd somehow beg to differ.lyrah68 wrote: I personally don't think that even half the story about the Kami and Karvan has even been fully thought out. And as for Karavan perhaps being off world slavers: They are most definately off world all right, so are the homins.
