Hunting at 90+ solo
Ive reached 94 2h melee with my guild and would like to know where/what to hunt solo. Also if you have any good group spots that would be helpful. Im in Fryos and dont have a ticket out.

There are things still to kill at lvl 90 for decent XP, you just have to find them 
The best thing to do is to group for XP, its more fun. Just shout out and start a group up yourself or join one of the many excellent guilds out there.
If you must solo, it would be a good idea to get in a group and be the tank. Doing this, you will get a better idea of how hard creatures hit and what you could possibly take on your own - without the chance of dying.
I kill Arana's in Matis for soloing XP and get about 800XP a whack. Not too bad, and the loot is decent money.
Maybe I could swing by Pyr sometime and meet up with you? We could possibly find you something to kill at or near your level? Let me know. My in-game name is Linuxprox and I'm online usually 3PM CST - 1AM CST - if not more

Go to oasis and find some kipkees .. work your way up untill you are satisfied with the xp. Kipkees just below your level give about 2k xp, those just above give 3k, but are quite risky to fight solo. If you go decent hp armour and jewels, a v. good (eg: supreme or excellent damage wepon) and some good self-heal and hp aura you can go for the "just above your level" one.jackmor wrote:Ive reached 94 2h melee with my guild and would like to know where/what to hunt solo. Kipkee range from about lvl 20 all the way up to 250, so you allways can find the one wich fits you. Kipkees give good xp for thier level since they have lots of hp.

I would also try to kill some scary or dangerous (around lvl 90) goaris or clopper maybe.
take a healer with you, that can heal you if the mob is too hard.
for everybody I can give the tipp to try mobs, you have never killed before. out team for example, never fought against timaris before the patch.. or you shoud try some more predator class mobs, it works great for me (melee 130).

Helps to go out hunting with an understanding healer. Mine stood back on a couple spots and let me attempt to solo creatures, stepping in only if I was over my head. That let me judge how soloable things were and what kind of XP I'd get for it, in relative safety. Of course, you can return the favour by guarding an offensive mage as they test it out.

I generally don't solo & just recently tested it out again tonight. I was kind of disapointed given my level (124 Pike). I was hunting dreaded kizoar which are a 115 mob. The experience was 700 each; not bad, but I certainly don't want to count how many to a level it would take. Tho, when I swiched over to the Izam in the same area, (104-105) mob, the experience dropped all the way to 62. I tried some savage cutes, they never drop anything, so I'm guess them to be about (108-110) they were mid range 300xp.
IMHO it seems useless to solo (melee) post 100, unless your mat hunting or really have nothing better to do. These fights were often half or more of my HP's & Self Heal to reduce downtime. At that rate I felt the turnaround too long a time to be at all rewarding. At the time of testing I had 2250HP Q100 Pike & Q100 heavy armor.
