BUG - Freeze at EULA screen, UNABLE TO LOGIN!

Every single time I get to the end user liscence agreement screen, once I hit the "accept" button, the launcher program freezes. I have tried restarting my computer, and have run the program numerous times, and each and every time the game launcher freezes the moment I hit the accept button.

I am unable to log on to the server.

Please fix ASAP.

I get the message that the shard is closed.

Same with me I rebooted computer, now I get shard unavailble message

The same thing is happening to me after I decide not to wait the 30 secs to log out. Next time it try to log in (more then 30 seconds have gone by), I get "My Char is still logged in". I choose the option to boot that char and connect and I hang on the Accept. Rebooting several times after a repeat of this problem eventually gets me to "Shard not Available" although Im very certain that the shard is up.

The Shard (server) is down, it gets taken down whenever they are applying patches, so AGAIN they are patching without notice to the community.

Don't make assumptions. Server version is still 19 which is the same version as yesterday. The server simply died this morning without warning.
