team or die.
Re: team or die.
Well, I think you guys are wrong on a couple counts. Sometimes I only play 40 minutes to an hour and a half or a little more. I still have PLENTY of time to team. It sounds to me like you're being antisocial. I have many friends, and many of them are on most of the time.

With minipatch it is also practical to solo again. So everyone should be happy with these adjustments & hopefully the pending issues will be resolved soon.perrako wrote:Well, I think you guys are wrong on a couple counts. As far as I saw on ATS gingo were not doing 200% damage they were doing 500% - 1000% more damage. I tried to point this out, but it got lost in the noise. Some other mobs were hitting for similar damage as well. Add to the fact that dodge was drastically reduced, and death came fast.tleilaxu wrote:With minipatch it is also practical to solo again. Minipatch was applied to live server today. In MG at least I noticed that mobs hit harder than before but less than patch 1.kisedd wrote:As far as I saw on ATS gingo were not doing 200% damage they were doing 500% - 1000% more damage. I play solo also, at level 48 fighter I can't hardly leave town. If three gingo's jump me I'm dead.
Re: team or die.
Sorry I must disagree with you. At level 42 melee, I can survive at 1/2 my max 600hp [can't buy anymore upgrades at that level, I tried - I have 30 fight points still not spent] vs a vigourous gingo [which I used to kill while losing less than 100 hp, possibly less than 50]. I can survive a growling gingo only if I use my self-heal [at max level of 500 points]. I haven't been foolish enough to attempt a scowling gingo yet; I will tonight, though I am sure that I will not survive.tleilaxu wrote:With minipatch it is also practical to solo again. What does all that mean? That I am not able to wander away from Yrkanis any distance at all as the mobs set to patrol would kill me singly [and they are usually in packs of 3]. It IS NOT practical to solo again.
Thus, I am in the position of being FORCED to group, something I chose not to do. I am not going to threaten to cancel my account but I will no longer be able to recommend/defend Ryzom to my friends.
