Ok so I had decided I didn't want to resub just yet, having being really very bored even before my "free" time was up. Noticed a few odd emails coming through a few days before my time was up that looked as though nevrax were trying to rebill but failing, im guessing we all had these? So anyway, I checked my account info and still had 3 or 4 days left on the current free time. I decided to cancel rebilling there and then, thought nothing more of it. Randomly I signed in to the Ryzom site yesterday and realised, hey shouldnt this only happen with an active subscription?
Long story short: I was billed against my wishes - I had made sure that I had no active subscription.
Has this happened to anyone else, and how did you go abouts getting it resolved? Don't fancy my chances on patch day :]

Yep. Happened to me. Haven't tried to investigate yet 'cause I've been v.busy at work.
