Character's Gone

I just installed to take advantage of the 15 days you gave me.. and my characters are gone. The only character I'm concerned about is Fist.. I know that I'd logged her in either my Guild Hall or Apartment in Fyros about a year ago when I quit.. the guild I had was either Desert Templars or Comitatus Praetorian.. I had control of both Guild Halls on different characters at the time I quit I'm pretty sure. Nothing against you, but if I can't get the character back I won't be playing the game.. though I was interested in sticking with it for awhile again if I saw enough new content released. I just can't justify starting over when I had a character that was around over 150 or 200 in a few trees and over 100 in most of em.

I suggest you get on Klients and give all data you know to the CSR team. And you should do that before creating a new character on your account.

And just a reminder, if I remember correctly, im pretty sure your characters are only "safe" until 90 days after cancellation, so you may not have much footing to go on. But then again, it seems just about everyone has their characters still.

Yeah, I thought the time they guarantee your characters was something short like that.. but, since my friends still have theirs, I was hoping mine still might be around somewhere.
