Game Freeze

hi i hope someone can help me as i am having issues badly with my Ryzom client.

when i load the game and i put my account details in the game runs ok but after picking my character to play and it goes to the Loading screen it Freezes.

then when i try to log in again it says Character already on a Online state.

is there any Known issues that may be of help to me as its kinda beginning to irritate me..

no its been happenening for a while but has gotten worse since the event started. ill try to solve the issue with the Solutions you have stated and ill inform you when ive fixed it and how it got fixed..

yea i got it working ok at the moment seems to be an issue with the User and unpack files mainly.. also i think it may have been connected to me having Ventrillo loaded before booting the game..

i deleted the Unpack and User Folders. and closed ventrillo down.
then loaded ryzom and it worked 1st time and has done since..

so im guessing it must have been 1 or all of the above... but if it happens again ill try other methods mentioned and update you for future referance.
