I`ve not logged in yet, 'hope 100% of the patrols havn`t been restored immediatly, could scare some people off.

liking the patches, great stuff for the newcomers and mid-high range players also. keep 'em coming

YESS, finally patrols back!!

Also, the event was generally much better than the previous.... they improved a lot. Good job, devs and event team...

I don't think I was playing when KPs were OFF, but I also didn't do much PR digging to really remember how it effected things. Are there still some relatively safe digging newbie spots? Do KPs vary in how often they repeat?
Hmmm... curious if anyone maps out the patrols. :>

They JUST came back ! How in hell are we supposed to know their paths already ? That will take days and millions of DP. I still haven't finished digging off the ones I got from today's event...

I think there won't be new PR master foragers this week. Nor the next week. How can you progress if you spend your time digging off DP ?

It's a good thing I never really intended to dig PR in the first place. I have another excuse not to : it's even scarier than it was ! :p

patrols were avoidable when their aggro range was normal, but current ~100m (+- few to lag) they are not. they generate dp and lots of it. lucky are those who have tp's to pr (yes, they help alot). even luckier are those who have access to both tp's (either themselves or with alt)

it would be fine for 100m aggro range if it would be based Line-Of-Sight, but it's not. no view distance helps here nor watching compass as a hawk (too much static mobs*).
so, only thing left is to spam /tar "great kirosta" and run to safe-spot if one gets in range.

they seem to be same static path patrols that were removed. old time schedules should work too. good thing is that you cant out-walk them with lvl50 char anymore ;-) , but they still limited to 6 attacking one homin at once (they take turns).

* they should cut PR mob population half or more and make the 'hunt/rest' (r2 terms) a lot bigger (and seasonal)... half zone maybe so no static safe routes/spots. patrols could keep their 100m non-los aggro too because they would be visible on radar.
