Hi!

Slow is a link spell, primarily used by supporting mages. For it to uphold, you'll need to maintain the link to your victim. This means that you can't do anything else except walking slowly else the link will break.
If you're soloing, there's no reason to use it.
Hope that helped you out a bit.

That makes the spell useless. WTF? Debuffs should last X amount of time after the link is broken, or until you break the link. Wow. time to reroll. yay.

I assume this applys to ALL debuffs? =-/

Debuffers are expected to be grouped. TRUST me, grouping pays off HUGELY in this game. It is MUCH more fun to group than solo, and the xp pay offs are bigger too.

You can use fear when you get an add, blind works well, slow I am not sure of, I hear sleep is not that affective.

And dots are JUST like debuffs, stand there while the fighters hack and watch your dot slowly eat the mob (FYI in the ever last clopper group in Pyr we had a dotting mage, and a Direct damage mage, they checked each others damage and it was JUST about even, one would out damage the other one round, and the other would out damage the one the next.)

Dots and debuffs WORK and work WELL...in a group. If you plan on soloing to 100ish...go DD not debuff/dot.
