Actually some of the deletions WERE on purpose....O.o wth

Are we talking toons of level 20 or of level 200?

The first would be understandable, the second would be just silly. If it was done on purpose in the first place, ofcourse. Remember we were worried from the start whether they'd be able to restore all characters.

he had a few toons one high 200`s in most things others not so great but all gone now

he only had one account his toon names are still on the database but not on his account

If you want to transfer a toon, contact a CSR (ingame tell, CeB, support ticket, email). You'll need to be able to prove that both the accounts are yours.

I logged in to find someone using a Toon name I had registered. I went to the account, and was denied access.

Old account? Not so.
