All this thread is doing is letting the Devs know that players are cheating and they have somethink to fix, best to just let it drop now.

Gilgameesh is spot on in the analysis. Any Dev approved modification is allowable within the CoC. The background downloader or any other cfg modification required to make the game work as designed/intended are legitimate modifications. As of this writing, modifying the zoom is not making the game work as intended.

Well that **was** exactly the point I was making. Everyone keep saying "You can't editr the config file" whereas what I am saying is "You can't editr the config file unless so directed by GF".

- an anti-cheat system that makes sure people dont change their zoom and other minor stuff.

- neutrel TPs in 250 zones or a second universal chat channel to be able to talk in, etc.

Neither. I wanna be able to play the game w/o workarounds to keep from crashing.

The neutral TP's and chat channel are content direction changes rather than technical ones. First GF has to "want" to do them and all feedback I have seen indicates they don't favor those ideas.

The only time I feel I need more zoom is when I'm on a mount, hard to see where you’re going when all you can see is the mounts behind.

also would be great if the height center of camera rotation would be the height of the head, would partly resolve that issue as well, for zorais

my point was, theres a alot more important things the dev(s) can work on than making sure people dont adjust their zoom.

it all comes down to priorities.
