In-game bugs - with work arounds

Figured it would be nice to have a post of all the little annoying bugs (ingame) people have seen and the ways around them if possible.

1 - Cannot move items to and from packers - This seems to happen when trading/moving items out of packers. The fastest way to get things working again is to resort the packer inventory. If that does not work, relog

2 - Cannot open the "give item" window for missions - Seems to happen if you die while this window is open sometimes it will happen when you have more than one of this type of mission for the same NPC. Relog and it should be fine.

3 - unable to target alters - ctrl + space to target nearest object/npc/player


that is all I can think of at this time. I know there is more so please add yours. (no exploits please)
