Wrong account

Hello,

need help with something.

Recently I decided to come back to Ryzom for couple of months, heard there have been some changes and wanted to check them out. However, I made something stupid. Instead of making the payment on the account that I have been using 2 years ago, I made a payment for account I just used as demo.

Is there any chance I can transfer that subscription payment from one account to another? Please help me with that, in the demo account I have no characters, hence very little fun with the game...

Greetings there,

Try emailing the Billing Team at billing-ee@ryzom.com and describe your predicament. Also, please provide valid proof of ownership of both accounts in order to speed things along. Hopefully they'll be able to work it out for you.

By the way, don't want to bother, but what is service level for this kind of support? How quickly are they supposed to respond to my request? I kind of expected some response today, I am not playing with the demo account, because I don't want to complicate things, but that also means I lost 3 days of not playing already. I doubt they'd give me 10% discount because odf that... :-/

The Billing Team works weekdays, during normal GMT+2 business hours. I see that your initial request was posted on Saturday, and you stated you've sent them an email on Sunday. Depending on how many tickets received during the weekend, they should have contacted you today or tomorrow.
