Think as a EU player should i try the EU server if its bad try NA?

Not sure what you mean with "none EU server players". I play on the European English server and in my book there's nothing wrong with the number of players. It's populated without being crowded.

That's anything but true. As you don't have any idea how they have their game setup you can't judge the server population via server size. I do know this, MMO's do not have the setup of 1 server = 1 machine.

Quite true! One game may use 2 or 4 older machines as a server, whereas another might use 8 or 16 brand new top of the line computers. I would expect that the newer games such as Ryzom would be the most likely to use larger arrays, so you really cna't tell that much by the number of servers as there is no way to judge what kind of load that "server" may be able to handle.
