I am GM Tydamus, part of the new Gameforge Customer Support team, along with my associate, GM Cyrize. It's a pleasure to meet you all.

I would just like to take a moment and say hello and introduce myself formally to the community, even though some of you have met us ingame already during the weekend while we were trying to sort through things -- and still are!

As GM Tydamus pointed out I am GM Cyrize. I just wanted to introduce myself so that the community has a chance to get to know us a little more.

Both Tydamus and I are having a fun time helping everyone! I would like to extend a big warm hug to you all and hope to see each of you IG. Thanks for being very patient with us and allowing us to help make Ryzom a better place.
