Cannot log in

My character Amalia, Arispotle server, on the "Ruins of Silan", froze up and an apparent crash of some type occurred. This happened several hours ago.

Since then I cannot log in at all, it says "Error 2: User already logged in".

Please help,

It looks like it was game wide. All servers were down. 3 of the 4 look like they are up, but are still locked. I say, give it a little more time. I am sure they are working on it.

I go with Amelia, could not log on, for last 4 hours, however the message was 'logged in' now is going with new message, shard not available...

as far as i understand it, they fixing the OP problem that occured yesterday and there is no ETA on when they back up

Was server wide breakdown, heard 'rumours online later was a fire, an d all went down, makes sense, jsut do not know if fact or not..

What would be totally totally fantastic, is if they set up a page, on a server by its self, all alone, just for current news and notifications.. and that is the only thing goes on, no one can post on it, except them, maybe they can feed out RSS feed, for current events..
But on this server shows current activies of the servers, down, if thye wanted downa nd why.. would be nice to know, but at minimum, let us know it is DOWN. and approximate ETA for coming back up online..

As a second to this, would also be totally fantastic, that when 1+ servers go down, does not matter to me if you roll it back to the last 5 seconds, or the last week. That is negligible, most jsut want back on their game, that is what is important.., but when 1 or more servers go down, auto log out everyone on those servers that are down...
so that when they do come back up, they don't get the lame message I am so sorry, but that account is already logged in.
If it was logged in, think about it, WHY would be trying to relog...?
Unless of course, someone is trying to rip an account as is more often the case on other games.

but really, think about it, server crash, ok auto log out all avatars on that server. why not, no one is online, so why not log them out automatically...


Possibly put in a link into the program very easy, if massive loss of traffic, > than 50% in whatever 10 seconds or so, or loss of access to the internet on the servers part, then just auto log EVERY one that server out, and shut down..

That would be so sweet.. then when you have completed whatever actions are needed, and are ready to bring it online again, then everyone since they are offline listed, and freely log in as they can.

Now then if you go on the 1st suggestion, for 1 url on seprate server, you can have a ping setup, reading out if all of your servers are online.. So people can check tht location..
And most of that implementation is 1st year basic computer programming stuff.. so I THINK would be fairly eassy to add in, without even changing the basic program at all.. well except for the auto log out.. that could be a seperate thread, that pings every 1-5 minutes, if its server is active does nothing, if it is not online, then it can autolog, or send message to auto log everyone out.. and that server is offline..

Chars do get Auto Logged out.. after 30 secs iirc
