Some clarifications:
To the players who paid before we closed the subscriptions on November the 20th: you don't need to pay again to play. Your account is active as usual. At the end of the period you selected you will benefit from the free month that was credited on Nov. 20.
To the players whose subscription ended during the closed month (Nov. 20 - Dec. 22). You are now benefitting from the 1 free month that was credited. At the end of the free month and depending of your mean of payment, your subscription may be renewed.
For example, if your subscription period ended on Nov the 22nd, your free month commenced on the 23rd and will end on the 23rd of Dec. Your subscription will be renewed tomorrow.

I am having problem trying to upgrade my account. After i choose the payment option (credit card) the browser tell me that " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage "

I downloaded the free trial, and tried to subscribe online, but my account is still only in free trial mode.
When I check my profile it says Purchasing options deactivated, since you already have a PayByCash transaction pending.

billing is still messed up. i have a rolling battle with ryzom billing as i have a 6 month or 1 year sub whichever it was 70.44 nov 2 2006.
playing ping pong email with support, them telling me i havent got a long sub my visa, and transaction number showing differently.
right now i am at the "please wait till the holidays are over before we can sort this out, sorry for the inconvienience" reply, and yes it was in those words.
the 3rd is coming up fast if i get charged i will have no choice but to submit them to visa fraud.

Hi. I have problem upgraiting my accaont. I payed for 3 monts by bank transfere and money is gone. it said it reached its destonation. But my accaont isent upgraited!!
