Ticketed it as suggestion 11 months ago but I gladly sign here again

However the whole system: friends list, in game mail and in game forums need a massive revamp; compared to the rest of the game they are incredibly primitive. But also I guess it will need some serious work, and not the most imaginative type of it

I second this. I hate the idea of having to use a friends list to keep track of my guild members. The window is already there. Just put the indicator for the online\offline status.

I'd also like to see an optional notification in guildchat and factional chat : Soandso has entered the channel.
