it says cant create window display

it says cant create window display

i keep getting this pop up when i try to play saying cant create window display (1024x768 32 bits) whats up with this?

I tried following the instructions in Zerlin's post, but after the AGP memory message, the Ryzom window (only the outline of which is visible) just closes.
