New Matis scouting around for a guild.

Hello my name is Genvius, perhaps you've seen me around Yrkanis. Perhaps you've helped me out.. I am obliged and will not forget your aid.

I, however have not seen anyone openly looking for recruits into their guilds. Since I was a young Matis I have heard tales of the Guilds, and the kinship and power they offer. I too would like some of this kinship... and of course power is what we are all after, correct?

Power of course does not come without a cost, this I have learned from my trials on Silan. While kinship is never earned overnight. I am seeking a Guild which will trust me long enough to earn both.

***OOC follows: I am new to Ryzom currently only 34 melee, 23 crafter, but I am quickly learning my way around, I spend too much time wondering which skill to buy or what armor piece to upgrade.. re-inventing the wheel is not that entertaining, and constantly asking in region is getting old..

a helpful, matis, RP, guild would be a perfect fit... I haven't decided between Karavan or Kami .. leaning towards Karavan, or maybe a neutral guild, .. not sure.. what I am interested in is some guidance and mentorship till I can get my proverbial feet on the ground.

Also I am eastern US located and play afternoons and evening mostly .. I am definitely not new to MMO's just new to this one .. ON Arispotle if that matters

One of the things I am definitely enjoying about Ryzom is the environment and the sense of exploration so I am creating my character Genvius into sort of an young Matis just out on his own enjoying the world and all it's challenges.

If I sound like a match for your guild feel free to send me an ingame tell or reply here.. be warned I do not read forums much .. just seems odd to me to be spending time here reading when I could be playing .. But of course I will check back with this thread..

(btw we are recruiting but we're a neutral RP guild with only a couple members in the US)

Imho the Order of the Dragonblades guild would be really good for you mate.
They are an incredible bunch, neutral guys and "mostly" matis...

They are the only matis (or close to matis ) guild that are into RP much.
Take a look at their webpage in the guilds list.

Other than them, try Phaedras tears. Also a great kara-neutral guild allthough small but they do RP a bit aswell

*clears her throat* We are not ALL matis...*mumbles*. Granted I must say the Blades do try to include a little bit of everyone. We try to respect everyone's views as to how the see the world. I know personally that I am still finding my way in the new lands.

I have found a home I am the newest member of the Pegasus Foundation.

But .. I do hope to remain in touch with all of you who have thought of me and tried to think of a place where I would fit and feel at home.
