the fact that goj have 4 gh full of supreme mats would indicate they are infact manily a dig/craft guild that supplies the Ka alliance even so they do enjoy pvp and have invited us kami to attack whenever we wished.

But if they won't accept the GvG battle then FvF it should be then.

No, at the end of the day, it's a matter of perspective. RotS believes a GvG OP battle would a better battle but GoU prefers otherwise.

Jus a note before I go... I believe its GoJ(Guardians of Jena(Right?)) not GoU as GoU is Grove of umbra... or did they declare on the region O.o that would be an interesting fight to watch I think... Better hope all the bosses are not up when you try for it

They can be a guild with mainly diggers/crafters. Weak does not equal small numbers. Weak can mean that the people in the guild may just not have the high level dig/craft. Or did you not read any one of my posts? -_-;

I read your posts, just dont really think its likely. The proportion of players who only want to forage/craft is extremely small. There are a few, just not many. Frankly I find your rationalizations somewhat forced. But I was nice enough not to say it until you had to go there

The alliances between guilds stand against two problems:
- First the agme mechanics doesn't make the attacker lose anything. The 16 millions an attack was fixed nott aking into consideration any amster digger can make these money in a few day if he's lazy (probably in one day if he's not). If I understood correctly, Xera's proposal had this in mind and they are offering their old Op in case they win in a GvG war.

- Secondly because there are guilds of 2-5 people who are known to share much more than to consume. I would consider only normal that this sort of guild not accept a GvG challenge from a numerous guild, simply because their strength would not rely on army but on social impact. And each of course should use their best weapon. But I thought this was not the case of GoJ... maybe I'm wrong.

Guardians of Jena most certainly isn't an alt guild. They do seem to spend much of their time digging or boss-hunting in the roots, especially right around season change, when the rest of us have to step pretty lively to keep them from getting *all* the supreme mats :/

All alliances/relationships are mutually benificial in some fashion else they would not exist.

Proportion of players who prefer forage/craft is not small though. Those who ONLY do (either or both) possibly are a few. I also did point out that they may just not be grinders.

As for my guild...many of us are oldies who worked on forage/craft primarily. As for having PvP fanatics...*attempts to think of any of her guildies who tag up and PvP alot*. Other than OP battles and defending Yrkanis from people who begin to attack...can't think of any. Good try though.

Kami want a GvG because they know they can't take something FvF, only match it and only in hours and circumstances that greatly suit them. Can't blame them, they were supposed to be GvG after all. Good attempt to both find a way to take an OP and to return them to what they were supposed to be, but there you go... There's a lot of eyerolling on this side because an honest offer was brusquely turned down and because of the petulance and defensiveness of selfish behaviour on the other factional side.

Karavan want a FvF because they know they'll win that and Jen-Duk forbid anyone should take an outpost back off them. They can't see the objections of the Kami or the non-aligned to the continuance of the FvF battles because they're in a position of strength and don't want to give up the advantage, even if a tiny guild is holding an OP that it is percieved that they don't deserve or need. There's a lot of eyerolling on this side because they just see it as another 'Kami tactic' to try and counter their actions using propaganda and unconventional warfare to chip away at the undeniable numerical/power edge they still have - though lessened.

Meanwhile, some of us just look at the whole mess and want it rationalised and returned to some semblence of what was promised. The imbalance is damaging to the server and the game and accusations, petulance and righteous indignation from either side doesn't help. It would have been a step forward to see a GvG battle, neither guild is particularly huge and it could have helped things move forward.

No guts, no glory.

Yeah, your guild PvPs. Regularly from the OP battle turnouts I've been to. Dont know about Tags, dont care, thats for Kami/Kara only and has no impact on the game. OP battles _are_ PvP. Thats what I mean!

Outposts battles there are always a few Melinoe present, so yeah, good try though

And you support my point, very few people _only_ do forage/craft. So you would expect them to have _some_ combat skills. Especially when hoards of q200 crystals makes things twice as easy for them...

Edit: erm, quick question, how the heck can you _attack_ Yrkanis? challenge the guarsd to duals? no, there were some bored players with tags, who attacked some other tagged players, and suddenly its an invasion. Nice try.
