Can I make a character look like this one in all black or is that an NPC?
Are there robes/hoods (edit:cloaks capes, whatever) that you can wear over armor? Can you dye armor? etc?
How far can you go>?
Character appearance customization
Re: Character appearance customization
That is a karavan NPC, and no you can't get the outfit.
The armour is split in two colour parts, one is by the craft plan (basic, medium and high) and can't be changed. The other depends on the materials used.
The colour is fixed when the piece is made, so must be the right colour when you craft.
No capes or headwear, except for the heavy armour helmet.

No you can't wear anything over armour, like capes or hoods, or dye it. Armour colour is dependent upon the materials used to make it.
Edit: beaten to the post!

Re: Character appearance customization
Thanks
but that's sad to me
This was one of the first screenshots where I was stoked about appearance.
The others I see everyone seems to look the same, other than race. Oh well. Will still be giving it a shot when my computer comes tomorrow

Re: Character appearance customization
You'll not regret it
Re: Character appearance customization
With physical customization options at character creation, tattoos, hair styles/colors, and the ability to mix and match armor pieces (vest, pants, sleeves, boots, gloves, helmet; light, medium, and heavy types; basic, medium, and high qualities; beige, green, purple, turquoise, blue, red, white, and black colors), you can actually acheive many unique appearances. If people look similar to others, it's only because they haven't put any effort into looking different , or because (in Ruins of Silan) the selection is limited.wescr808 wrote:The others I see everyone seems to look the same, other than race.
Anyway, welcome.
