Unable to Install

Frustration of Frustrations!

I'm terribly excited to get into this game but I can't get the thing to install. Once it's finished downloading I run the extractor and, once it's done, I get the following errors in the log:

CRC failed in Data11.cab

Then a pop up arrives saying:

"Some installation files are corrupt. Please download a fresh copy and retry the installation."

If I continue with game installation I get to a certain percentage and get the following pop up:

"Error 1311. Source file not found: Data11.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

Of course it doesn't so I have to cancel installation.

I downloaded the trial from FileShack and this happened. I downloaded it from the Ryzom site and it happened again (though the installation got a little further). For good measure I re-downloaded it a third time and it still happened. Freakin help!

Windows XP and I'm redownloading via BitTorrent.

Had the exact same problem because I downloaded it using Mozilla.

DL it with Internet explorer, should work fine


If all else fails, use the torrent! Good luck
