Can we turn off the health bars...

Hi folks,

I was looking for a setting to turn off the health bars above the heads of all the creatures and stuff but can't identify one in the game settings.

I did manage to turn off all the player blue labels *names* above their heads.

Anyone know if its possible to switch this off? There is already a health bar in the upper left corner when I'm fighting so I don't need another over the creatures head.
