Seeker of The Dragon is a monastic order dedicated to the protection of the Fyros people and the Kami.
The primary purpose of SoTG is to remain ever vigilant against the return of The Dragon.
Members of the SoTG will be male Fyros of military age only. Each member will strive to sustain himself and to be as nearly self sufficient as is practicable. This is to ensure that SoTG is not burdend with over complex logistics needs in readying for the final fight against The Dragon.
Each member of SoTG will conduct himself with the utmost respect and honor at all times even to the point of death.
Seeker of The Dragon will oppose any and all that move against either the Kami or Fyros and will work towards the destruction of any who stand with The Dragon and its allies, the karavan.

Anyhoo, back on topic. Seeing as how a RP for a guild has to be defended now I guess I'll offer up my thoughts on why I made what I made for a guild concept.
1. Jena and her karavan are foriegn here according to the kami. The karavan are invaders.
2. Homin kind were tricked to comming to Atys by The Dragon from somewhere else. Jena and her karavan also come from somewhere else.
3. Jena fears hominkind getting to know too much about their past.
4. karavan say Jena exists, we have no one elses word for it but theirs. All they apprear to be are folk in rather spiffy suits with really spiffy guns and space ships. Not all that godly...just really advanced by comparasons.
5. We can see the kami. They're very different. All we have is their word that Ma-Duk is real but the Kami are so very different from hominkind... they look more special.
6. my character grew up in Fyros lands with the Kami. Kami have always been there and always will. The stories he's grown up with are about the Kami helping hominkind during the great disaster. He believes the kami and has no reason not to.
The karavan come from far away as does The Dragon. Could be the same place they both come from...for the same reasons?
Anyhoo, there's storyline and then there's storyline. This is mine.
My character does not trust the karavan and does not believe jena exists. He was raised as a Seeker and will be one till he dies.
My character does not trust the matis because the matis and the fyros have been at each others throats too often in the past and the matis tend to be loyal to the karavan and those matis that are not loyal to the karavan are not to be trusted anyway.
That's it.
If you dont like it. Dont join it. It really is that simple. I'll not be using any of this to grief anyone. It's for me to play with.

and to the mod. I do apologize to you if I jumped up hard seemingly too quickly. In my own defense, as much as I enjoy this game, it's the constant demand that everyone adhere to a very stict play style, regardless of how the game was actually designed that's caused me to leave off so many times in the past.
I'm here to play and have fun. But I pay the same monthly fee as everyone else and as long as I'm following the rules and not being disruptive, the PC drones can keep a sock in it.
I have no intention of giving anyone a problem in game or out.
