This thread isn't going to acheive anything only because you refuse to listen to compassion or reason. There is a middle ground, by all means gank and fight and so forth, but do it with people that actually want to do it. Where's the harm in doing that?
By all means, do what you want, just show some concern and recognition of other players before you do.
The day someone gets banned because of a ticket sent by someone whom they killed in legitimate PvP is the day that argument is correct.
