This op was purchased by Samsara at cost of 16,000,000 dappers for the buildings and land and 8,000,000 for the drill and I therefore bid 12,000,000 dapper, a candy cane, and smiles on the faces of many homins
.
Many homins have tread the floors of this op, and my structural engineer informs me underpinning work will be required. The current owners have performed little if any maintenance at all due to the demands the op has placed on their time. Roofing, plumbing, and other repairs will be required in order to meet local government safety standards and obtain a fit for homin habititation certificate. The drill is so worn it can be expected to crumble to dust and disappear completely any day now and the new owners will need to purchase a new one. Following on from the events of the weekend, Feng Shui consultants will need to be engaged to harmonize the Qi flow both within the op itself and the environment generally. Costs of restoring the op to as new condition will be in the vicinity of 7 million dappers. To the value of the land and building in their current state (16,000,000 - 7,000,000) has been added 3,000,000 given inflation in the Atysian economy and the location of this prime piece of real estate.
Much rebuilding work is required, and I propose to engage a series of short term contractors who will move into the op for 1 week at a time in turn. Job selection criteria will be: not having had opportunity to own an op and willingness to share 1 days output with others.
I think the Nevrax Santa was mean spirited in not giving op toys to all the boys and girls of Atys, as we are all good and deserved to get to play too, and hence the bid of a candy cane should Samsara play Santa to those who have yet to experience op ownership.
