But now:
1. Calm down.

2. Look at the specifics of your PC and tell us

3. the CPU

4. the RAM you have

5. if you have a router or not

6. your connection speed to the Internet (56k Modem/ ISDN / DSL)?

7. what level of deatils you´ve got running in the game. Highest Details need MUCH power!!! Lower the details, hit "u" to see the interface and then set everything to lower settings.

8. Tell uns what race you play, so we can guess where you are and maybe come and find you.

For info on your computer:
Goto start (usually in the lower left corner), select Control Panel which should bring up a window. Double click 'system'.
A new window should pop up, which have the the text 'Computer:' and under that info on your CPU and amount of RAM.
Look at the fans atthe top of the window, there is one called 'Hardware' select that one, it will change the context of the window. Press 'Device Manager' which will open a new window, in that one look for 'display adaptor' and press the '+' infront of it, the text that appears is your graphic card info.
Close all the window as you are done with them.

any way its laging but i can play ! an i am playing but loding in and loging autis to long and i wont pay for that to waits my time lol! and this fuking pleas wait pops up all the time MDF!

Go look at the box which your computer uses to connect to the internet, if is says LinkSys on it have a look at the this fix "Please wait", might work for other equipment as well.
If you have antivirus running you can disable that for faster loading (note that your computer is now at risk!), also take a look here for a starter on Performance tweaks.
If there is any download/share software running on your network that will affect your network connection.
