Guild view/search

In the user interface you are able to check if you want to see a persons title, hps, stamina, focus, Sap, Guild, and guild symbol. I am unable to see a person's guild name or symbol even though I checked it in the interface. Is this a bug? It would be nice to see people's guild name. Also is there a way to do a search for guilds to see who is online from their membership? I try /who (guild name) but it doesnt work. I am also under the immpression a /who wont work if someone isnt in the same territory.
