As you will fix craft and meks you could fix that too ...

ah and all the while noone is thinking about us poor merchants who try to eek out a living on Atys...
I heartily agree the max number of mektoubs owned needs to be addressed, perhaps before this patch. Obviously i think there needs to be a limit so some wealty homin doesn't run his herd of fifty mektoub packers into Fairhaven and annoy everyone, but certainly more than three is doable?
Or even allowing us to have apartments in each lands would be a nice restitutution to nerfing our storage access abilities?
Or perhaps maybe selling special tp tickets for mektoubs?
Or more mounts than just one?
Or even let us rent storage bins... there seem to be plenty of crates and barrels laying around the citites...
inother words address the resulting issues before mandating the new laws.

I agree with pretty much everything said in this thread.
Make Pyr the same as all, what's the reasoning behind Pyr being different? Doesn't make any sense to me.
You would definitely reduce complaints by allowing more packers but no more than say 15 (that's 3 per land + 3 for PR ). If Nevrax did increase the number of allowed packers, I hope people will learn to PARK them better than they do now though!
More apartments would also be good, not necessarily in the capitals either. I'd like one in Dyron. Might have to be a tent though.

I would assume that it's only "easy" to make it the way they said, with the exception in pyr so they just make that exception cause otherwise it would not be easy XD

I ask because when I used to craft I put my items up in multiple regions to expand my customer base. If I'm limited to what I can carry on my back that reduces what I can make available. Also limits the amount of mats I can purchase to further my skills.
The stable boys have access to a freight teleporter to ship the things I call for. Its definitely a good service and in-line with the ability for the Karavan and the Kami ability to teleport Atysians. I understand the stable boys don't have keys to my apartment or guild hall but I'm not crazy about someone that smells like Mektoub dung making themselves at home at my place.
Give us more... not less.
