i never participate in PVP now as it doesnt matter what happens or who kills who, the personal insults always start in region talk.
as for the AFK or Spawn Ganking, it doesnt matter who is right or who is wrong ( personally i think its just plain wrong, as i would never even think of killing anyone who was AFK just cause it is an EASY target ), but you will always get ppl that will do it until the game mechanics stop it, now i really believe....
if there is nothing to be gained from it, why do it? you know at the end of the day, you know your only going to be upsetting someone, to some ppl this is their idea of fun, to others it isnt.

It is really fun to kill the guys that are waiting there for ppl to kill them when they spawn. Anyway i think that it is ok, just part of the war to take or defend OP. The solution is to have other ppl to kill that ppl who usually or not very powerful and easy to kill.
