Now I've been on the mainland for about a week, it seems like a good time to look for a guild.

I'm a Tryker myself, playing a mix of Combat, Harvesting and Crafting. I'm presently neutral in the conflict between the Karavan and Kami, although I'm more inclined to the Kamist beliefs. I enjoy roleplay, but care little of PVP. Its my hope to eventually craft weapons somewhat self-sufficiently, fighting and gathering resources myself. More generally, I'm looking for somewhere I can seek advice on the game and make some friends to hunt and level my skills with =)

Presently travelling out of the Tryker region's difficult for me, but I don't mind remaining without a guild until I become stronger. There's little I can do to return favours done for me, but once I can help, I'll commit whenever I can.

I'd suggest giving Kyerna of Red Ribbon Army or any of the many ppl from Evolution a yell; they're all friendly folks who are usually into RP and not too fanatical on the whole faction thing

If you have any skills that might get you into trouble with the law at some point or just think you would fit in with the hedonistic shady people, feel free to apply for an interview.... and the hazardous tests that come with it.

Pop a tell to Kyerna, Xythus, Zerutten or Kioi to learn about those first-hand... or could use some of our exquisite goods or embezzled dappers.

The Order of the Dragonblades is a neutral (both cult and race) RP guild.

We aren't into PvP much except for outposts and honorable, consensual duels and tournaments. Our outpost is near Fairhaven, which is in a level 50 region, so it's not like we're constantly fighting to keep it. So at this time we're pretty much just helping our allies with their outposts when needed.

We're friendly, like most guilds in Ryzom.

Also, we have never lost any members because of patches or changes, which I think speaks for our unity.

Most guilds (the Dragonblades included) will take in members of any level, help them train, and can trek them to other lands.

You sound like an Evolutioneer indeed. I can only speak for myself, as Evolution is a band of freedom loving individual who enjoy each others company.
One is not bound to a certain belief or faction, just that for gameplay reasons we were recently forced to make the guild (and only the guildstructure) karavan in name. Your beliefs are your's, the guild is not to force you in any direction.

Contact Snake (leader) Drakfot (guildmuse), Crythos (HO with a gun), Lrac, Machieltje or Frydeswinde (treasurekeeper) in game. We will see from there.

Thanks a lot for the replies =)

I'll think things through over the next week or so while I have some exams to get out the way, then when life's a little less hectic I'll make my decision and get in touch ingame.

A bit more information about your character might be helpful. I'd guess almost all guilds are "friendly and active."

Do you roleplay? Is your character Kami or Karavan aligned? etc
