Just decided to come back to SoR, I missed it and the community. Time and RL got in the way and now I have time to play I find that forced PvP is in the game and the roleplay I am looking for has left the game.

Welcome back Wooden7d! It's a vocal community, but there has been some losses. How many is hard to tell, some are on a break and some left for good.
New rules are coming that make race and religion a more central matter on Atys. It will affect roleplay. There are ways to stand beside the PVP if that isn't your type of game.

Sadly, quite a few have left. But, if you end up looking for people in game, try the FvF zones. There are usually a lot of people there during peak hrs.
