Ep 2/3. The black and the white.

Come in, pull up a chair, let's discuss all things Ryzom-related.

This being called black is very biased, IMO. I was pretty solitary through my whole run in Ryzom, having just a few friends in game. When chapter 2 opened, I met and had fun with tons of people who I never would have otherwise, and had fun with the opposing side. I respect many Kamis who I would never have known otherwise.

Then you're getting a tiny inkling into what has existed on a much wider scale and has been THE major pull and distinction of Ryzom for a very long time - just as it is being systematically destroyed.

We're neutral, you're just too cheap to hire us.

No, just the opposite. I think the way we feel makes it too hard for us to see each other's side of things.

It's my best guess. It's hard to tell what Nevrax has in mind but I seem to remember one of the NPCs saying something to that effect: "If the crafters do not make enough, Jena may supplement a portion of the lacking parts, but this would be to the detriment of the rewards." Seems to me it means we're not working to finish the temple, Jena can finish that herself. We're just selfishly working for the rewards we hope to receive, and the temple will be built anyway.

Ofcourse, if Nevrax decides that the temples that aren't being worked on won't be finished at all, I'll be pleasently surprised :)
