I can understand that Nevrax has obligations with distributors in certain countries and allowing a download option for those countries is shortchanging the distribution, but if the distribution is on PAPER ONLY and isnt ACTUALLY happening then Nevrax should be able to provide there customers with the digital option if the distributors are just that hopeless...
